
A healthy meal that's quick and easy
In a bowl put 150g of rinsed canned kidney beans, then add 100g of tuna (canned in spring water), discarding the water. Next add ½ a finely sliced red onion, a chopped tomato and a chunk of chopped cucumber. Season with herb salt. Dress with 1tsp of extra virgin olive oil, and 2tsp of balsamic syrup.
Serve with sourdough bread.
