
Nutritious salad that’s delicious any time of day…
Cut 50g of cold cooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces, and 50g of cold grilled back bacon into strips. Then slice 60g of ripe avocado, and chop up a tomato, spring onion and half a small iceberg lettuce.
Place the prepared ingredients together in a serving bowl, add 1dsp of diced cucumber and mix together. Then drizzle the salad with the balsamic syrup, add sea salt and black pepper to taste, and eat with a small warm pitta bread.
