
Put a spring in your step with this delicious light meal…
Steam or boil 6 spears of asparagus, making sure they still have a slight bite. Once cooked, take 6 slices of ham (around 100g in weight) and wrap 2 slices around 2 spears, giving you 3 bundles.
Put the bundles in a baking tray, brush with olive oil and season with herb salt. Bake in a pre-heated oven set at 180˚C for 5mins. Serve on a bed of lettuce, drizzled with 1tsp of balsamic syrup. Great with a slice of sourdough bread.
